The role

We are looking for a highly analytical and independent Intelligence Analyst / OSINT Investigator to join our team. • Threat Actor Attribution: Identify and attribute infringing sellers or threat actors by connecting digital identifiers (e.g., social accounts, domains, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, corporate records, and shipping data).
  • Project & Vendor Management: Oversee investigative projects from inception to completion, including coordinating with external vendors and managing outsourced tasks efficiently.
  • Process Design: Design, refine, and implement scalable investigative processes and workflows to improve operational efficiency and intelligence gathering.
  • Customer-Facing Engagement: Act as a subject matter expert in client-facing interactions, presenting complex investigative findings clearly and aligning intelligence outputs with customer needs.
  • Evidence Management: Perform rigorous source validation and evidence collection, ensuring all findings are documented in a defensible, repeatable, and legally sound manner.
  • Intelligence Reporting: Produce clear, intelligence-led investigation reports that offer actionable recommendations for stakeholders and enforcement teams.
  • Lead Development: Go beyond simply gathering information—think analytically to identify hidden patterns, transform raw online data into strategic intelligence, and develop new investigative leads.
