• Collaboration with different internal areas of Commercial Economic Services to ensure the fulfillment of strategic objectives and excellent customer service

• Participation in initiatives that allow for the identification of potential improvement opportunities and working capital analysis.

• Optimization of process flows associated with activities with a transversal vision.

• Issuing invoices to customers. Handling inquiries and incidents related to said activity.

• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the businesses managed in the area and their activities.

• Team: Commercial Economic Services Management / Order-to-Cash Operations / EESS Integral Billing.

• Location: Madrid, Spain

• Experience level: experience in Sales Billing and Accounting positions is valued.

• Requirements: English level B2+ or higher, University degree in Business Administration or similar

• You possess a C1 level of English

• You have a University degree in Business Administration or similar

• You handle Excel at a high level: creation of pivot tables, charts, and advanced filters.

• Experience in systems and tools such as SAP, Power BI, and other automation tools is valued.

• Colaboración con distintas áreas internas de Servicios Económicos Comerciales para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos y un excelente servicio al cliente

• Participación en iniciativas que permitan identificar potenciales oportunidades de mejora y análisis de working capital.

• Optimización de los flujos de procesos asociados a las actividades con visión trasversal.

• Emisión de facturas a clientes. Atención de consultas e incidencias relacionadas con dicha actividad.

• Mantener un conocimiento actualizado de los negocios que se manejen en el área y sus actividades.

• Equipo: Dirección de Servicios Económicos Comerciales / Operaciones de pedido a cobro / Facturación Integral EESS.

• Nivel de experiencia: valorable experiencia en posiciones de facturación de Ventas y Contabilidad.

• Tipo de trabajo: Híbrido

• Requisitos: Nivel de inglés B2+ o superior, Titulación universitaria ADE o similar

• Posees un nivel de inglés C1

• Tienes una Titulación universitaria ADE o similar

• Manejas con nivel alto Excel: creación de tablas dinámicas, gráficos y filtros avanzados.

• Valorable experiencia en sistemas y herramientas como SAP, Power BI y otras herramientas de automatización.
