• Provide legal advice to Solred regarding payment services, payment institutions, financial regulation and supervision, critical outsourcing, fraud prevention, and new payment models, among others.

• Advise on the negotiation and structuring of contracts with financial institutions, payment processors, and technological partners.

• Provide legal support to the B2B diesel and gasoline supply business in Spain and France.

• Participate in the legal design of new products, services, and business models related to mobility.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary projects with the Business, Digital, Compliance, Risk, Data Protection, Finance, etc. areas.

• Identify legal and regulatory risks and propose business-oriented solutions.

• Drive new ways of working supported by Artificial Intelligence and Legal Tech tools.

• Analyze legal inquiries and propose solutions that minimize risks.

• Draft contracts and legal reports that support the operations of the business/corporate areas within their scope of management.

• Asesorar jurídicamente a Solred en materia de servicios de pago, entidades de pago, regulación y supervisión financiera, externalizaciones críticas, prevención del fraude y nuevos modelos de pago, entre otros.

• Asesorar en la negociación y estructuración de contratos con entidades financieras, procesadores de pago y partners tecnológicos.

• Proporcionar soporte jurídico al negocio de suministro B2B de gasóleos y gasolinas en España y Francia.

• Participar en el diseño jurídico de nuevos productos, servicios y modelos de negocio relacionados con la movilidad.

• Coordinar proyectos multidisciplinares con las áreas de Negocio, Digital, Compliance, Riesgos, Protección de Datos, Financiero, etc.

• Identificar riesgos legales y regulatorios y proponer soluciones orientadas al negocio.

• Impulsar nuevas formas de trabajo apoyadas en Inteligencia Artificial y herramientas Legal Tech.

• Analizar consultas jurídicas y proponer soluciones que minimicen riesgos.

• Elaborar contratos e informes legales que respalden las operaciones de los negocios/área corporativas de su ámbito de gestión.
