🕵🏻♀️ We are looking to hire a Production Manager for our workshop located in Puente Castro (León).
🎯 What will your mission be? You will be responsible for managing and guaranteeing the supply of the different products we distribute to all our restaurants and leading the team of 5 people, meeting the objectives set by the company. Are you interested?
🧑🏻🍳 In your day-to-day, you will be responsible for:
✅ Planning and preparing productions at the workshop following the recipes, which you will share with the team.
✅ Managing and leading the workshop team.
✅ Managing and recording purchase orders based on inventory and needs.
✅ Ensuring compliance with quality guidelines and cleaning protocols.
✅ Preparing the marked productions, following the brand's recipes and processes.
✅ Ensuring the stocking of all utensils and raw materials to carry out productions.
✅ Recording the productions carried out as well as waste.
✅ Participating in the creation of new productions, implementing and monitoring Action Plans.
✅ Carrying out periodic reports and proposing improvement plans.
