🕗 Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8:00h to 16:15h, and on Fridays we leave at 15:00h! With 30 min flexibility for arrival/departure.

📍 You will work in our offices in the center of León, in the emblematic Palacio de Gaviria, just two steps from the Cathedral (yes, you will literally work in a palace 🏯).

🎯 What will your mission be? To manage, at a technical level, the department's areas of work related to audiovisual content; analysis of metrics, preparation of reports and proposals for improvement plans.

🔢 In your day-to-day, you will be in charge of:

✅ Managing the assigned social profiles on a daily basis, ensuring a presence consistent with the identity, tone, and guidelines of each brand.

✅ Adapting and publishing previously approved content, coordinating the receipt of photographs, videos, graphic pieces, and other necessary materials.

✅ Executing and performing the operational monitoring of Paid Media campaigns, applying previously authorized configurations, segmentations, materials, and budgets.

✅ Preparing periodic result reports, identifying relevant variations, and proposing optimization actions for review by the department manager.

✅ Performing active listening of conversations related to the brands, detecting trends, opportunities, user needs, and possible reputational risks, reporting such data to the persons in charge of each area.
