The role
What you'll do
Support e-commerce customers and shoppers by addressing inquiries and resolving return-related issues efficiently.
Analyze return trends, customer feedback, and operational bottlenecks to identify improvement opportunities.
Work closely with Product, Tech, and Data teams to improve processes and implement customer-focused solutions.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to shopper satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance the return experience and optimize workflows.
Contribute to automation initiatives, helping to build scalable and efficient processes.
Take part in defining product improvements based on real shopper pain points and feedback.
