The role

What you'll do

Work as the intersection between the sales and tech team.
Manage client relationships and support them in their experience with REVER.
Upsell new features and product developments to your existing client portfolio
Ensure client satisfaction and retention, helping them grow their business & support them with the way they interact with the REVER platform
Use your first hand experience of our day-to-day operations to contribute to product development
Engage in strategic discussions to drive our operational excellence.
Surpass performance goals and thrive in our ambitious team environment, seizing opportunities for internal growth and development.
