Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or similar.
+5 years of experience in similar positions.
Extensive experience in international transport operations: land and sea.
Track record in warehouse management and WMS/TMS.
English at a professional level.
Analytical capacity and conflict resolution.
Availability to travel.

Nice to have

Knowledge of dangerous goods transport.
Experience in customs: inward processing regimes.

The role

At Rheinmetall Expal Munitions, we are looking for a profile to ensure that the company's transports are carried out efficiently, complying with customs, regulatory, commercial, and logistical requirements. They will also provide support in the transformation of the company's logistical processes, standardization, and improvement of transport, storage, and production.

What you'll do

Management of the company's national and international transport operations
Warehouse optimization. Analysis of the current situation and search for alternatives
Identify operational risks and contingency plans.
Management of customs documentation.
Manage incidents, delays, and claims.
Ensure compliance with delivery deadlines.
Support in the global coordination of functions.
Support to the Logistics department Management.

Location: on-site in Vía de Dublin, Madrid.
