Previous experience in similar positions in logistics management, transport incident handling, and invoicing/KPI control.
ERP: Experience in handling corporate ERPs. Solid experience in SAP (SAP R/3, S/4HANA modules, or SCM module) is highly valued.
Office Automation: Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate or advanced level (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data cross-referencing).
Business Intelligence: Proficiency or knowledge of Power BI is desirable (Nice to have).
Languages: Basic / intermediate level of English (Nice to have).
High attention to detail and analytical capacity.
Proactivity and ability to resolve incidents quickly in dynamic environments.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Remuneration: €24,000 gross per year
We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis, located in San Fernando de Henares. The selected person will be responsible for ensuring fluidity in transport and distribution operations, managing deliveries, resolving operational incidents, and maintaining control of KPIs and invoicing for the logistics area.
Operations and Transport Management:
Daily monitoring of deliveries and the supply chain.
Efficient management, attention, and resolution of transport incidents.
Daily liaison and coordination with transport agencies, suppliers, and internal departments.
Management Control and Reporting:
Preparation and monitoring of periodic control reports, service levels, and KPIs for the logistics area.
Control and validation of transport invoicing and operating costs.
Analysis of operational data to detect bottlenecks and identify improvements.
Systems and Process Management:
Recording and updating information in the corporate ERP system.
Processing large volumes of data using spreadsheets for operational decision-making.
Location: San Fernando de Henares (Madrid)
Contract type: Temporary contract (Medical leave replacement)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
