The role

What You Can Expect:

At Rhenus, we are looking to hire a "Distribution Operative" with proven experience at our Orcoyen branch, whose main mission is to carry out distribution processes to ensure the proper functioning of the service, with the aim of providing a personalized, high-quality service to our customers.

What you'll do

Handling customer service requests
Receiving and processing orders
Coordinating deliveries with recipients
Coordinating deliveries with transport providers and assembly teams
Preparing transport documentation
Issuing, managing, and invoicing shipments
Incident resolution

Requirements:

Training in logistics and transport
At least 1 year of prior experience in a similar role
English level is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
