π Key Responsibilities
πΊοΈ Design and implement a standardized Supplier Quality Management (SQM) process across all regions and business units.
π€ Partner with Procurement to embed quality requirements in sourcing and supplier contracts, aligning commercial agreements with quality expectations.
π§ͺ Lead global supplier audits and qualification, ensuring risk-based methodologies and best practices are deployed.
π Develop supplier maturity models and drive improvement programs for strategic and underperforming suppliers.
π¨ Own the supplier complaint and escalation process, ensuring robust root cause analysis and sustainable issue resolution.
π Oversee OEM/ODM supplier quality management, integrating outsourced manufacturing into Roca's quality framework.
π Define and manage supplier KPIs and scorecards (defects, audit results, Cost of Poor Quality, delivery).
π‘οΈ Lead supplier-related risk management, ensuring compliance with Roca and international standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
π± Build supplier quality capabilities globally, supporting upskilling and alignment across regions and plants.
