• At least 3 years of previous experience in a freight forwarding company and in managing import maritime traffic.
• Possess training in the Administrative and/or International Trade field.
• Have a B2/C1 level of English.
• Be a person with a customer orientation, being proactive and with the ability to work in a team.

• Previous experience in the use of CargoWise is valued.

Operations, where we need to bring in a Seafreight Operator - Import, do you want to be part of the team?💪🏻What will your functions be?

• Full management of import seafreight traffic files.
• Monitoring of traffic and cargo for assigned customers/accounts.
• Resolution of incidents and claims that may arise during the process of departure, shipment, and/or receipt of customers' goods.
• Direct and daily contact with suppliers, customers, and agents.
• Providing support in quotations and invoicing.
