What are we looking for?
We are currently looking for a Data Analyst in provisioning and collateral methodologies, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar roles or in consulting and advisory projects regarding informational data models (CIRBE, Anacredit) for clients in the financial sector, particularly regarding the treatment and management of collateral information.
Your main mission will consist of being responsible for the support and maintenance of the corporate process of assigning collateral to risks, managing both the BAU layer and the project and evolutionary functions.

As a Data Analyst in Provisioning and Collateral Methodologies, you will be responsible for:
- Daily support in resolving queries and incidents related to the assignment and coverage of collateral to risks with the departments that use the information (Insolvency Analysis and Forecasting, Regulatory Capital, Financial Reporting, etc.)
- Supervision and monitoring, together with the technology areas, of the correct execution of the corporate process: control and validation of provisions (collateral, accounting uses), adjustment of the necessary process parameters, monitoring of relevant process metrics (segmentation, coverage, LTV, etc.)
- Driving the evolution, monitoring, and executing the lines of action for collateral assignment projects:
- Deployment of the new collateral assignment model.
- Support for collateral data quality and re-measurement plans.
- Quantitative impact analysis on dependent processes (capital and provisions).
- Design of the collateral assignment dashboard.
What do we value in your application?
- You possess a Degree in Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or similar.
- You have knowledge of the banking sector and are familiar with the portfolio of banking products and services at an operational level.
- You have knowledge of credit risk management processes: admission, control, monitoring, and recovery, especially in the management of the lifecycle of collateral and securities.
- You have functional knowledge of the different typologies of collateral typically admissible as collateral: real estate, personal property, pledges, personal guarantees, leases, etc., particularly in the hierarchical and organizational view of the informational data models that support them (guarantor, beneficiary, valuation, appraisal, etc.).
