Vacancy: ROLE Structured Finance Management and Investment Banking

We are looking for a Senior VP Structured Finance, UK Market, responsible for assisting in the execution of structured finance operations with a generalist approach (covering all product verticals) for the UK market.

The selected person will work under the direction of the Head of Structured Finance, participating in the origination, structuring, formalization, and monitoring of operations, in line with the guidelines set by Management and aligned with the commercial plan.

Design of complex financial solutions to meet the needs of corporate clients. Structure transactions such as acquisitions, project financing, and refinancings, using a combination of debt and equity. Evaluate risks, ensure regulatory compliance.

• Define and jointly develop with their Director the UK market approach strategy to achieve Structured Finance operations, including Corporate & Acquisitions, Project & asset Finance, and Commercial Real Estate, and its subsequent implementation with the team under their charge.
• Collaborate with the global Structured Finance product heads (Project Finance, Commercial Real Estate, Corporate, and Syndicate Desk) to define the commercial approach for the various products and adapt it to the specific needs of the British market.
• Prepare presentation materials, draft financing offers (RfP, Term Sheet), and participate in client marketing activities, guiding the commercial approach together with Corporate Management and the direct client relationship managers to detect business opportunities.
• Coordinate with counterparts in other financial entities in the UK to maintain a two-way communication flow in order to participate in a greater number of operations.
• Analysis of project Business Plans, as well as financial modeling of proprietary base cases with detailed projections for each transaction and, when necessary, company valuations.
• Analyze and evaluate Due Diligence reports (commercial, technical, legal, environmental, etc.)
• Lead the process of escalating to the internal credit risk circuit and its presentation to committees alongside the head of the specialty vertical team, following up on queries from risk analysts.
• Manage the correct formalization of operations at an internal or external level (syndication) by reviewing the legal documentation linked to the operations, coordinating other internal areas (Legal Counsel, syndication, corporate bankers, derivatives, RAROC, rating, etc.), and ultimately their transfer to the portfolio teams.
• Support the syndicate&sales teams in the preparation of materials and transaction distribution strategies or in commercial tasks searching for new opportunities.
• Monitor market evolution to detect the most significant variations, trends, competitor performance, etc., in order to adapt the offering and guarantee competitive capacity facing new business opportunities.
• Disseminate the entity's knowledge and specialization by participating in internal and external media, through participation in conferences and specialized forums, the drafting of articles to spread and boost the business and valuation, and the proposal and coordination of the insertion of advertisements in specialized publications.
• Perform control and monitoring of the fulfillment of established objectives, proposing corrective measures for detected deviations.
