At SABSEG we are looking for an Insurance Analyst to join the Operations department in our Málaga office 🚀

💼 What will your role be?

You will be part of the Operations department in Málaga, providing support for the administrative management of policies and receipts and for coordination with insurance companies.

Your mission will be to keep information up to date in our systems, manage settlements, and follow up on non-payments, contributing to the smooth running of processes and service quality.

📌 Responsibilities

• Recording and maintenance of policies and receipts: register and update policies, endorsements, receipts, and other administrative movements in the management systems, verifying data and resolving possible incidents or discrepancies.

• Loading and management of EIAC files: receive, import, and process files sent by insurance companies, review the loaded information, and follow up on errors or incidents until their correct integration.

• Insurance company settlements: prepare, review, and manage settlements, checking receipts, collections, chargebacks, cancellations, and other movements to ensure the correct reconciliation of information.

• Administrative management of client non-payments: identify and follow up on returned or pending receipts, contact clients, and manage regularizations within the established deadlines. Record actions and coordinate with the corresponding areas to resolve incidents and minimize delinquency.

• On-site position in Málaga.

🕐 Flexible schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 09:00h-18:00h or 08:00h-17:00h

• Friday: 09:00-15:00.

🌞 Intensive working day:

• Every Friday of the year.

• July and August.
