🎓 Our future colleague will have a minimum qualification of an advanced vocational training diploma.

📅 Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

💻 It is very important for this position that you are an expert user of Excel and have a good command of the Office suite in general.

Permanent contract.

Full-time schedule:

Monday to Thursday: 08:30 - 14:00 and 15:00 - 18:00
Friday: 08:00 - 14:00

Summer schedule (June to September 15): 08:00 - 14:00.

💼 What will your role be?

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and efficiently processing claims reported by clients across various general insurance areas, such as auto, home, communities, etc. This also includes property damage, liability, and other commercial risks. This role involves the assessment, investigation, and resolution of claims, as well as effective communication with clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.

📝 Review and evaluate claims submitted by clients, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.

📑 Analyze the validity of claims in accordance with the terms and conditions of insurance policies and applicable laws.

🔍 Conduct thorough investigations into reported claims.

🤝 Collaborate with external experts, such as loss adjusters or private investigators, as needed.

📞 Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the claims process, providing regular updates and guidance on the procedures to follow.

🗣️ Resolve inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

🤝 Negotiate with policyholders, third parties involved, and companies to reach fair and equitable settlement agreements.

💼 Follow up on the processing of claim payments in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable regulations.

🤝 Collaborate closely with other departments, such as policy underwriting, legal, and finance, to gather additional information and streamline the claims resolution process.
