Corrugator Assistant

What you'll do

Check before start-up that the machine is in a suitable condition to operate.
Carry out the lockout/tagout operational procedure in compliance with the procedure, work instructions, or instructions defined for this purpose.
Perform the start-up and shutdown of the corrugating groups according to the established requirements or procedures.
Continuously inspect and monitor the operation of the corrugating group and any incidents.
Perform quality controls on the product generated in the corrugating group, detecting any possible anomalies or incidents and managing them together with the rest of the team or their supervisor.
Perform "Level 1 maintenance", including maintenance tasks that may affect quality.
Control the speed according to the requirements and procedures of the corrugating group.
Control the glue application in the manufacturing of the product.
Make the necessary splices and reel changes according to the requirements and any incidents that may occur.
Comply with the 5S, maintaining order and cleanliness in the workstation.
Train the people assigned by management in the tasks of the workstation.
