Production Technician

What you'll do

Tasks/Responsibilities:

Prepare files and generate KPIs for reporting and subsequent analysis by the plants

· Conduct internal audits of production procedures to ensure compliance with quality, safety, EHS, and efficiency matters

· Participate in creating business cases to improve plant efficiency and capacity

· Organize and participate in trials (small-scale or industrial) to validate data that will be used in building the business case

· Provide support as a Technology Expert to the commercial area of Natur for customer requests or inquiries, as well as to other departments of the Group

· Act as Project Manager for the implementation of the project in question, as defined on a case-by-case basis, following the Group's Project management methodology

· Communicate Group strategies, ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards.

· Provide training, with the support of the plants, to Production Managers, whether for new hires, refresher courses, or advanced training, according to the annual training plans.
