Mechanical Maintenance Technician
What you'll do
As part of the mechanical department of the plant, you will be responsible for defining and monitoring all maintenance activities for the mechanical equipment under your responsibility: corrective, preventive & predictive maintenance, shutdown planning, creation of work instructions, verification of spare parts, and supervision of maintenance work execution by both external suppliers and in-house staff. Ensuring that all these activities are carried out in compliance with the plant's H&S and environmental rules, policies, and procedures.
Develop improvement activities and proposals in installations and work methods to ensure and improve the efficiency and availability of the plant's mechanical equipment. Lead detailed analyses of breakdowns and recurring mechanical issues at the plant.
