AI Strategy & Portfolio Specialist

Your mission will be to support the definition, activation, and monitoring of ELA's Artificial Intelligence strategy, connecting Group and Market Unit priorities with the plans and use cases of the Business Units. You will contribute to monitoring the evolution of the strategy through a common portfolio, metrics, and collaboration mechanisms that allow for the reuse of solutions and the responsible acceleration of AI value.

💙 You will contribute to the development and evolution of the AI strategy, gathering local needs, consolidating BU plans, and helping to build a common vision and roadmap for ELA.

💙 You will analyze use cases and BU proposals by applying common criteria of value, feasibility, reusability, scalability, data readiness, and risk.

💙 You will prepare dashboards and progress and KPI reporting, detecting deviations, dependencies, or incomplete information, and coordinating their update with local managers.

💙 You will provide support to the Head of Data&IA Strategy in the preparation of ELA's common AI expert forum, preparing agendas, presentations, coordinating attendance, following up on agreements, and preparing reporting materials for ELA Management.

💙 You will contribute to the creation of common repositories for all business units, through the documentation of methodologies, processes, and playbooks, to facilitate homogeneous and agile execution and deployment across countries with different maturity levels.

💙 You will collaborate with teams from other areas (AI Factory, AI Governance, Data, Technology, AI Hub) to integrate governance, risk, data, and delivery requirements into regional plans.

💙 You will support the preparation of analyses and executive presentations, transforming complex information into clear, visual recommendations oriented toward decision-making.

🎓Education: University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, or similar. Specialization in AI, Data, analytics, strategy, or digital transformation will be valued.

🌱Experience: Between 4 and 6 years in strategy, digital transformation, consulting, PMO/portfolio, Data, or AI, ideally in international organizations or regulated environments.

🌍Languages: English C1 or equivalent, essential. The position requires recurrent interaction with international teams and stakeholders.

High capacity for planning, organization, and monitoring of initiatives, with an orientation toward results, metrics, and the management of multiple stakeholders in international environments.

Analytical profile, with the ability to structure complex problems, synthesize information, and transform it into clear recommendations for decision-making.

Knowledge of the AI initiative lifecycle, Responsible AI principles, and the European AI Act, as well as advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with Power BI, SharePoint, Confluence, and collaborative or project management tools will be valued.
