🧩 What we will need:

ü Experience in corporate training, talent consulting, or digital learning.

ü Experience managing training, transformation, or people development projects.

ü Knowledge of how Human Resources, Talent, and Training departments work.

ü Ability to design proposals and solutions for clients.

ü Strong knowledge of technologies applied to learning.

ü Knowledge of LMS and LXP platforms, digital content, and learning ecosystems.

ü Advanced use of generative artificial intelligence tools.

ü Ability to identify use cases for AI in training, talent, and consulting.

ü Knowledge of process automation, data analytics, and learning personalization.

ü Experience working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, or Lean.

ü Experience in developing digital products or services will be valued.

· Participate in meetings with clients to understand their challenges and turn them into concrete solutions.

· Design training, talent, transformation, and innovation projects.

· Apply agile methodologies in the design and development of solutions.

· Create prototypes, pilots, and initial versions of new services.

· Coordinate commercial, pedagogical, technological, and production teams.

· Support strategic projects from their definition through to implementation.

· Contribute to the positioning and growth of AXIA.
