The person joining the Technological Strategy and AI Department will provide:

Education

* Higher degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Physics, or equivalent technological disciplines.

* Postgraduate training in General Management, Strategy, Digital Transformation, or Artificial Intelligence is valued.

Experience

* Consolidated career in management positions related to technology, digital transformation, data, AI, or enterprise architecture.

* Experience in organizations with multiple business units or complex corporate structures.

* Experience leading initiatives in advanced analytics, cloud, automation, and technological integration.

* Demonstrated ability to interface with General Management and business areas.

* Experience in budget management, profitability, and business development.

* Participation in the launch and scaling of digital products or services.

* Experience in B2B environments and collaboration in strategic alliances.

* Experience in M&A processes, technological due diligence, and post-acquisition integration is valued.

Languages

* Advanced English.

The role

What you'll do

The person joining the Technological Strategy and AI Department will occupy a role with a direct impact on the business, and their mission will be to drive value creation through technology, data, and artificial intelligence, aligning the organization's technological capabilities with corporate objectives of growth, efficiency, and innovation.

Define and lead the corporate agenda for technology, data, and artificial intelligence, ensuring that the technological strategy contributes to the generation of competitive advantages, business scalability, and the creation of new growth opportunities.

Main responsibilities

* Define the corporate vision for technology, data, and AI aligned with the Company Plan.

* Design and evolve the data governance model.

* Lead the definition of technological standards and corporate architecture.

* Drive the responsible, efficient, and scalable use of artificial intelligence.

* Coordinate the technological roadmaps of the various business units.

* Supervise the technological coherence of digital initiatives.

* Identify monetization opportunities and the development of new services based on technology, data, and AI.

* Build and validate business cases for technological investment.

* Develop strategic relationships with technological partners.

* Collaborate with General Management and business areas on high-impact projects.

* Define indicators to measure the impact of technology on business results.
