The role

Your mission will be to provide both in-person and telephone patient care in accordance with the parameters set by the Hospital, in order to guarantee excellent service and treatment to the patient.

What you'll do

💙Personal and telephone assistance to patients who call or visit the Hospital.

💙Advising and resolving problems that patients may raise.

💙Performing administrative tasks for appointments and medical service schedules.

💙Coordinate activities with those of other professionals at the center.

💙Participate in the correct management of bio-sanitary waste, hazardous/non-hazardous, as well as in the implementation of the management model.

What do you need?

We are looking for professionals with great enthusiasm and a passion for helping others and giving their best.

🎓Education:

Intermediate/Higher Vocational Training is valued.

Training in equality is considered an asset.

🌱Experience:

Minimum experience of 1 year as a Receptionist in the healthcare sector is valued.

🌍Languages:

Strong English proficiency is valued.

👉Other skills and knowledge:

Organized, decisive, meticulous person, with initiative and with the ability to develop good interrelations with patients and other departments.
