At Viamed Salud, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Hospital Viamed Santa Elena, in Madrid.
What you'll do
- Manage patient admissions, reception, and appointments (discharges, cancellations, modifications, and opening of schedules).
- Coordinate with insurance companies to obtain and validate authorizations, and resolve incidents in the admission process.
- Perform billing for front desk activity, private episodes, and health insurance companies, especially in Radiodiagnostics and the Breast Unit.
- Attend to and guide patients and family members with a close and professional approach.
- Keep management systems updated and collaborate with hospital teams so that care circuits function correctly.
