What you'll do

💙 Caring for patients at the clinic, to provide a unique, professional, and high-quality experience.

💙Preparing the treatment room depending on the specialty, and accompanying patients to the room.

💙Assist the dentists across the different dental specialties.

💙Perform dental cleanings.

💙Cleaning, disinfecting, and sterilizing dental materials and equipment, as well as maintaining clinic dental equipment according to established procedures.

💙 Handling the reception desk, when necessary. Addressing patient complaints to provide timely management in each case. Managing cash register closing and reconciliation, issuing invoices, and collecting payment for treatments.

💙 Performing radiological tests in cases where you hold the corresponding accredited qualification.

💙 Preparing treatment plans and explaining them to the patient, providing their treatment schedule through personalized and professional advice. Advising patients on taking out a dental policy.

💙 Supplying materials to the treatment rooms and assisting with stock control, placing material orders and receiving them, and helping with inventory.

💙Carrying out quality control of lab work sent to the laboratory, checking its billing.

💙 Coordinate appointments, manage the schedule, and call patients to confirm, cancel, or modify appointments. Make follow-up calls to patients.

What do we need?:

🎓Education: Higher Degree Training Cycle in Oral Hygiene / Intermediate Degree Training Cycle in Auxiliary Nursing Care. Radiology Operator Certification desirable.
