Customer Strategy is part of Openbank's Growth organization and is responsible for defining the bank's commercial strategy across the customer lifecycle. As the starting point of the commercial journey, the team combines customer, market and business insights to shape the strategic priorities that drive acquisition, engagement and long-term value. Working cross-functionally across Growth, Customer Strategy ensures these priorities are translated into measurable business outcomes.
As Saving & Investing Strategy Lead, you will shape Openbank's strategy to grow and maximize the value of our customers' savings and investments, strengthening their long-term relationship with the bank. You will combine customer understanding, market insights and business analysis to identify opportunities, influence strategic decisions and optimize the balance between customer value, engagement and sustainable business growth.
