To contribute to the effective protection of migrant and refugee children and youth in transit, safeguarding their best interests through care and the development of mediation actions.

❗DUTIES

• Plan, implement and evaluate activities
• Provide for and cover basic and linguistic needs.
• Apply a protection and mediation approach.
• Facilitate networking with other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with associated organizational actions.
• Produce evidence, evaluations and related reports.

• Highly valued: Driver's license.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

• University degree: Social Work or Social Education.
• Training in Intercultural Mediation and Human Rights.

• Languages: Wolof, Bambara or Mandinka Valued: Arabic and/or French

• For a full-time position, the salary is approximately 2,000 euros gross per month (with prorated extra payments).

Contribuir a la protección efectiva de infancia y juventud migrante y refugiada que se encuentre en tránsito, velando por su interés a través de la atención y desarrollo de acciones de mediación.

❗FUNCIONES

• Planificar, implementar y evaluar actividades
• Atender y cubrir necesidades básicas y lingüísticas.
• Aplicar enfoque de protección y de mediación.
• Facilitar el trabajo en red con otros agentes.
• Colaborar con las acciones organizativas asociadas.
• Generar evidencias, evaluación e informes asociadas.

• Valorado muy positivamente: Carnet de conducir.

FORMACIÓN REQUERIDA

• Titulación universitaria: Trabajo Social o Ed. Social.
• Formación en Mediación Intercultural y Derechos Humanos.

• Idiomas: wolof, bámbara o mandinga Valorable: árabe y/o francés

• Por una jornada completa, el salario es de 2.000 euros brutos mensuales aprox. (pagas extras prorrateadas).
