We are looking for a Credit & Risk Manager whose mission will be to lead the Credit, Risk, and Accounts Receivable strategy for Scania Ibérica, guaranteeing effective financial risk management, cash flow optimization, and business support. You will act as a strategic partner to Retail, while also driving digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Lead the Credit and Risk strategy for Spain and Portugal, guaranteeing an appropriate balance between business growth and financial control.
  • Supervise the customer portfolio, risk exposure, overdue debt, and collection activities, contributing to the protection of cash flow and the minimization of financial risk.
  • Act as a business partner for the Retail areas and other operational functions, supporting decision-making through risk analysis and financial vision.
  • Lead negotiations with customers and participate in the resolution of complex financial situations.
  • Drive transformation, digitalization, and process automation projects using tools such as Power BI, Power Platform, and solutions based on Artificial Intelligence.
  • Guarantee compliance with internal policies, governance requirements, and applicable regulations.
  • Lead, develop, and support the Credit & Collection team, promoting a culture of responsibility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
