We are looking for an Indirect Purchasing Technician to lead the procurement processes for indirect goods and services for Scania España, ensuring the attainment of the best economic, contractual, and service conditions, as well as compliance with the Group's corporate policies.
You will participate actively in the definition and implementation of purchasing strategies, collaborating with different business areas to identify opportunities for optimization, continuous improvement, and process digitalization.
What you'll do

Manage indirect purchasing processes, from the identification of needs to the negotiation and contracting of suppliers.

Lead tenders (RFI, RFQ, and tenders) and negotiate contracts, framework agreements, and commercial conditions.

Develop relationships with strategic suppliers, evaluating their performance and driving improvements. Identify opportunities for savings, efficiency, and standardization, monitoring results.

Participate in digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement projects within the area.

Provide support for Purchasing tools, including Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Guarantee compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and compliance. Collaborate with Scania Sweden, European business units, and the Volkswagen Group to maximize synergies and global agreements.
