The role

🔎 We have a permanent vacancy open as a Bonus Control and Projects Technician for our workplace in Dénia, and we want you to be part of our team!

What you'll do

You will be part of the team responsible for ensuring the correct management of the state bonuses applicable to passenger maritime transport tickets, ensuring compliance with regulations, the quality of information, and the proper relationship with public bodies. In addition, you will participate in continuous improvement projects and the transformation of the area's processes and tools.

Manage and control the state bonuses applied to maritime transport tickets, verifying their correct application, settlement, invoicing, and collection.
Review the quality and consistency of information related to sales, passengers, and boardings linked to discounted tickets, ensuring data reliability.
Detect incidents, errors, or pending amounts related to the application of bonuses, analyzing their causes and coordinating their resolution.
Manage requirements, rejections, and correction processes with the competent public bodies.
Keep internal procedures updated in accordance with current regulations on bonuses and public aid for maritime transport.
Prepare reports and monitoring indicators on bonus management, providing information for decision-making.
Identify opportunities for improvement and automation in processes related to the management of state bonuses.
Act as a liaison between business areas and IT to define functional improvements in the applications that support bonus management.
Participate in projects to optimize processes and tools related to the management of discounted tickets.
