Requirements
What we're looking for
- Academic training in Fine Arts, Art History, or similar
- Master's degree or higher studies related to cultural, educational, or heritage fields
- Certificate of Pedagogical Aptitude (CAP) or similar
- High level of spoken Basque, C1 or EGA
- First Certificate level or equivalent in English
- Other languages. B2 level or equivalent in other languages will be valued.
- Deep knowledge of contemporary art.
- Proven professional experience in educational activities in Museums and other institutions, didactic and communication skills, and a cordial attitude when dealing with the public.
- Didactic orientation and communication skills.
- Empathy and social skills for managing groups, specifically children.
- Knowledge of different school stages and ages, with special emphasis on early childhood and primary education
- Minimum of one year of experience
The role
We are looking for an educator to cover the workload of the school year, with training and the option to stay in the future with an indefinite contract.
What you'll do
Carrying out educational activities and guided tours of the exhibitions and the building.
Assistance to school groups, adults, families, and seniors, as well as to specific collectives.
How you'll work
Standard schedule: Monday to Friday and some weekends
