Requirements
What we're looking for
Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Tourism.
Higher Level Vocational Training Certificate in Tourism.
Degree in History, Art History, Humanities, or similar.
- Spanish is essential
- B2 Basque and English
Key competencies/skills for good job performance

The role
A leading national company in the management of cultural, artistic, and heritage spaces, projects, and facilities is selecting a professional to join the information service of the Vitoria Tourist Office from June to September.
What you'll do
- Welcoming and assisting visitors, tourists, and the general public
- Providing information upon request (in person, by telephone, and online) to visitors, tourists, and the general public
- Managing requests for guided city tours
- Assisting with self-service information systems
- Management and sale of merchandising products
- Handling the complaints and suggestions system
