The role

Important Multinational leader in its sector, seeks a Consolidation & Reporting Specialist, located in Madrid. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in finance, being essential to have experience in Accounting Consolidation, either in an end-client or in a Big 4. High level of English and Excel is essential.

What you'll do

The selected profile will have the following responsibilities:

Prepare the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation of the group's financial statements.
Integrate information from different international entities (10 entities), ensuring consistency, accuracy, and accounting compliance.
Make consolidation adjustments, such as eliminating intercompany transactions, reclassifications, and special accounting adjustments.
Manage and validate information in consolidation tools.
Prepare consolidated financial reports for International and the investment fund (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
Prepare executive reports for corporate management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with International accounting policies and internal regulations.
Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of the closing process.

High level of English is essential.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected profile will meet the following requirements:

Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar.
A specialized master's degree or MBA is valued.
At least 5 years of experience in accounting consolidation and reporting, in Big 4 or in an end-client.
Experience with ERP and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI).
Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
High level of English is essential.
Strong teamwork orientation.
Ability to move and communicate efficiently within the organization.
Decisive, autonomous profile, with strong organizational and planning skills.
