With the aim of reinforcing the Finance area, we are looking for a Consolidation Manager to join our corporate headquarters located in Palma, Mallorca, whose mission will be to lead and coordinate the Group's financial consolidation process, guaranteeing the quality, integrity, and consistency of the reported financial information.

💼 What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

• Lead and coordinate the Group's financial consolidation process, guaranteeing the quality, integrity, and consistency of the reported information.

• Prepare and review consolidated financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards and the Group's internal policies.

• Supervise and validate consolidation eliminations and adjustments, including intragroup operations, holdings, and intercompany transactions.

• Coordinate the closing calendar with the finance teams of the various companies, ensuring compliance with deadlines and reporting requirements.

• Analyze the main variations and consolidated results, providing explanations and support to the Finance Department.

• Maintain and improve the tools, processes, and controls related to financial consolidation.

• Collaborate with internal and external audit, facilitating the necessary documentation and support during review processes.

• Provide support in corporate operations, corporate changes, and impact analysis on the consolidation structure.

• Participate in financial improvement projects, process standardization, and optimization of the Group's reporting.

• Act as a point of reference regarding consolidation for the finance teams of the various subsidiaries.

✅ What do you need to join the team?

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar.

• Consolidated experience in financial consolidation positions, preferably in business groups with an international presence.

• Solid knowledge of accounting, consolidation of financial statements, and intercompany operations.

• Experience working with closing processes and financial reporting in environments with multiple companies.

• Analytical capacity, rigor, and high attention to detail.

• Ability to coordinate transversally with different finance teams and Group companies.

• High level of English, necessary to work in an international environment.

• Experience in consolidation tools, ERP, and financial reporting systems is highly valued.
