As a Salesforce Project Leader, you will be part of the SEIDOR Salesforce Services team. We lead high-impact projects ranging from consulting, implementation, configuration, and parameterization of the various Salesforce clouds, including integration with all company systems.

• Comprehensive planning and management of Salesforce projects, from the definition and analysis phase to production launch and initial support.
• Management of project scope, planning, milestones, dependencies, budget, and resources.
• Coordination of multidisciplinary teams: Salesforce consultants, developers, architects, QA, business profiles, and vendors.
• Management of relationships with clients and stakeholders, facilitating communication, monitoring, and decision-making.
• Identification, analysis, and monitoring of risks, incidents, dependencies, and action plans.
• Supervision of compliance with defined functional and technical requirements.
• Coordination of Salesforce integration processes with other corporate systems.
• Monitoring of deliverables, quality, and compliance with established work standards and methodologies.
• Preparation of monitoring reports, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Management of scope changes and assessment of their impact on deadlines, costs, and resources.
• Coordination of testing, deployments, and production launch.
• Promotion of agile methodologies, as well as hybrid models when project characteristics require it.
• Identification of opportunities for improvement and evolution of Salesforce solutions, especially Education Cloud.
