The role
We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect Manager with extensive experience in the design and leadership of Salesforce corporate architectures within energy sector companies, capable of defining complex end-to-end solutions, leading strategic technological decisions, and coordinating multidisciplinary technical teams in digital transformation environments.
The selected person will be responsible for the definition, governance, and evolution of the corporate Salesforce architecture (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, etc.), guaranteeing the scalability, security, integration, and alignment of solutions with business objectives and the company's technological strategy. Likewise, they will lead the adoption of best practices, architecture standards, technological innovation, and platform modernization initiatives, ensuring the technical quality of implementations and their long-term sustainability.
What you'll do
Lead the definition and evolution of the Salesforce architecture within the Utilities and Energy sector.
Manage all phases of the solution lifecycle:
Discovery and requirements analysis.
Assessment of existing architecture and systems.
Solution Architecture definition.
Functional and technical design.
Data architecture and migration strategy.
Design of integrations and APIs.
Supervision of construction and development.
Technical testing, performance, and security strategy.
Deployment, Go-Live, and stabilization strategy.
Governance and continuous evolution of the platform.
Define the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions.
Lead the design of scalable, secure architectures aligned with the corporate strategy.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams of architecture, development, integration, QA, and DevOps.
Act as a technical reference for business, technology, and management stakeholders.
Establish development, integration, quality, and best practice standards.
Guarantee compliance with enterprise architecture principles.
Oversee integrations with corporate platforms (SAP, ERP, commercial systems, billing, digital channels, and data platforms).
Define strategies for platform governance, security, performance, and observability.
Lead Architecture Review Boards and technical reviews of solutions.
Manage risks, dependencies, and critical technical decisions.
Ensure the adoption of agile methodologies, DevOps, AI, and Software Defined Delivery (SDD).
Drive technological innovation and the continuous evolution of the Salesforce ecosystem.
Identify opportunities for optimization, automation, and digital transformation.
