We are looking for a Senior Data & AI Architect to join as a technical reference in the design and execution of data and artificial intelligence architectures on Azure and Databricks.

This role is designed for profiles with a strong technical foundation, real experience in production environments, and the ability to lead architectural decisions in complex projects. We are looking for someone who enjoys both design and execution, feels comfortable working with engineering teams, and has a vocation for client and business interaction.

The ideal candidate combines architectural rigor, operational experience in production environments, and the ability to manage stakeholders (clients, PMs, and teams). This role entails end-to-end responsibility: technical definition, governance, execution coordination, and active participation in pre-sales.

The role combines architecture, delivery support, and active participation in pre-sales, within a 100% cloud, dynamic environment oriented toward technical excellence.

• You will define and validate the solution architecture on Azure and Databricks: ingestion, processing (stream & batch), lakehouse storage, catalog, and analytical consumption.
• You will lead the architecture and delivery team: review designs, resolve critical technical blockers, establish standards, and mentor data engineers and ML engineers.
• You will be the main technical point of contact with the client: facilitate workshops, translate business requirements into technical decisions, and manage expectations to ensure measurable impact.
• You will design and implement security and governance models: Entra ID / Azure AD, RBAC, Unity Catalog, managed identities, encryption policies, and access controls.
• You will support the production deployment of pipelines and models: validate testing, monitoring, and operations (alerts, runbooks, operational SLAs).
• You will participate in pre-sales and technical proposals: architecture for RFP/RFI, technical estimations, PoCs, and business-oriented demos.
• You will promote best practices and performance and cost optimizations (Spark/Delta tuning, Big Data query optimization, cost management on Azure/Databricks).

• Technical leadership: you set criteria, make decisions, and raise the team's level through active mentoring.
