Manage the Common Data Environment, establishing and maintaining the folder structure, organization criteria, and document control procedures.
Document and implement coding criteria, nomenclature, metadata, revisions, statuses, and document distribution, ensuring their application by all parties involved.
Configure and supervise review, approval, and publication workflows, defining the workflows and the responsible parties, and performing follow-up until their closure.
Manage the tracking of RFIs, verifying their registration, assignment, distribution, response, and closure. Identify delays, drive pending matters, and escalate blockages to the corresponding responsible parties.
Manage users, companies, roles, and permissions, including project invitations, registrations, cancellations, and the resolution or channeling of access issues.
Maintain the updated list of deliverables and the document register, cross-referencing the planned, received, reviewed, and approved documentation with project milestones and construction progress, in coordination with the project managers.
Perform quality controls - Auditing structure, coding, versions, statuses, permissions, and records to detect deficiencies or inconsistencies and promote their correction.
Reception, issuance, and distribution of documentation - Keep drawings, technical data sheets, materials, correspondence, and documentation from contractors and subcontractors identified at all times, in accordance with the distribution matrix.
