We are looking for a Catering Cook to join one of our centers in Hospitalet de Llobregat. The person hired will be responsible for the planning, preparation, and presentation of meals for large groups, ensuring quality and food safety at all times.
What you'll do
- Develop preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical data sheets, and implement good practices.
- Prepare adapted menus and diets. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow.
- Oversee the inventory of ingredients and materials, placing orders when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP record.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and control the use of machinery, materials, and tools.
- Train new team members in kitchen practices and company procedures.
We offer
- Working hours: 40 hours per week.
- Schedule: from 8h to 20h, on a long week (Monday, Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday), and a short week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday).
- Duration: replacement for approx. one month.
- Collective agreement salary: 1,615 gross euros per month for 14 payments per year. (+plus Sundays).

Requirements
- Training preferably in Hospitality: Higher Technician in Restoration, Technician in Cooking or similar.
- Demonstrable experience in the hospitality, catering, restaurant, or related sectors.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in similar roles is valued.
- Resourceful person with strong communication skills.
- Teamwork.
- Schedule availability.
