Senior Backend .NET and SQL Server Developer (C# / VB.NET)

• Experience: minimum 5 years in .NET development, of which at least 3 with C# and Visual Basic.NET.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise application development with .NET technology.
• At least 3 years of experience with C# and Visual Basic.NET, participating in the development, maintenance, and evolution of business applications.
• Proficiency in .NET Framework 4.x, especially in corporate environments with consolidated applications.
• Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including the development and maintenance of stored procedures, functions, views, and transactions.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, query optimization, performance analysis, and transaction management.
• Experience in backend component development, implementation of business logic, and layered architectures.
• Experience working with master data modules (Base Data) or core components that provide information and services to other applications.
• Knowledge of data creation, modification, synchronization, querying, and validation processes, guaranteeing their integrity and consistency.
• Experience in data access using ADO.NET and Entity Framework, where applicable.
• Ability to work with legacy applications, analyzing existing code, evaluating impacts, and performing controlled modifications and evolutions.
• Experience in the analysis and resolution of technical and functional incidents.

• Experience in the development or maintenance of WinForms or WPF applications.
• Knowledge of development best practices, Clean Code, and SOLID principles.
• Familiarity with Repository and Service Layer design patterns.
• Experience in unit testing and functional validation.
• Collaboration with database administration teams (DBA).
• Knowledge of lock analysis, concurrency, and transaction optimization in SQL Server.
• Experience documenting database structures, processes, and business rules.
• Participation in projects with core systems or transversal applications.
• Experience in 24x7 operating environments and production support, without this implying performing on-call shifts.
• Knowledge of version control with Git, participation in code reviews, branching strategies, and release control.
• Experience in environments with change control and traceability procedures.

We are looking to hire a Senior .NET Backend Developer, with at least 5 years of experience in enterprise application development, to participate in a technological project linked to the In Flights TFL environment, focused on the development, maintenance, and evolution of systems and components essential to the operation of business applications.

The position is oriented towards professionals with solid knowledge in C#, Visual Basic.NET, .NET Framework 4.x, and Microsoft SQL Server, accustomed to working with corporate applications, layered architectures, and systems that require a high level of reliability, integrity, and information consistency.

You will be part of a technical environment in which you will have the opportunity to work both on the maintenance and evolution of existing applications and on the development of new functionalities and backend components, participating in needs analysis, incident resolution, and the continuous improvement of system performance.

An important part of your activity will be related to master data modules (Base Data), developing and maintaining processes for the creation, modification, synchronization, and querying of information, ensuring the correct application of business rules and the consistency of the data used by other systems.

You will also work on the development and optimization of stored procedures, functions, views, and transactions in SQL Server, analyzing queries, identifying potential performance issues, and contributing to improving the efficiency of data access and processing procedures.

The position requires the ability to operate in consolidated technological environments and legacy applications, understanding the functioning of existing code, evaluating the impact of modifications, and performing evolutions in a controlled manner, without compromising system stability.
