Requirements

What we're looking for

Higher engineering training or higher degree in technological careers: Computer Science, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
Experience of 5 - 7 years in JAVA projects
Experience in agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.
Knowledge and application of software development best practices, design patterns, and clean code.
Experience in the design and development of web architectures based on microservices and events.
Analytical and conceptualization capacity for solutions.
Organization, attention to detail, and proactivity in problem-solving.
Autonomy to execute solutions with proficiency.

Nice to have

Kubernetes containers
Observability with Grafana/OpenTelemetry
Relational databases (preferably SQL Server)
Redis for distributed caching and Streams management
NoSQL Document databases (preferably Mongo)
Messaging brokers (preferably RabbitMq and Kafka)
OpenAPI REST
Spring framework (experience in Spring Boot) + Maven + Reactive Programming

The role

At Sg Tech, we are looking for senior profiles with experience in software development and the construction of complex digital products with 5-7 years of experience.

What you'll do

Develop and maintain Java projects
Collaborate in the analysis of solutions and the creation of technical designs.
Review source code and promote the use of best practices.
Identify technical debt and propose improvement strategies.
Report the status and progress of the work.
Collaborate directly with the Product Owner and the business teams.
