Mortgage Manager with Basque or Catalan

• Good command of Microsoft Office and the ability to adapt to new computer applications.
• Knowledge of Basque or Catalan is required.
• Experience in a similar position within the banking sector, either as a manager or a risk analyst.
• Solid knowledge of banking regulations and standards.
• Advanced skills in the use of financial analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both autonomously and in a team.

• Possession of the LCCI certification is highly valued.

• Accompany and guide clients throughout the entire mortgage process, from the initial application and documentation collection to the formalization of the operation (without the need to attend a notary).
• Review and validate the feasibility of operations, analyzing economic and legal documentation, as well as the risk level through the financial entity's internal tools.
• Work in a coordinated manner with areas such as risk and operations to optimize validation and resolution times.
• Examine files and documentation to detect possible incidents or risk factors.
• Maintain close follow-up and proactive attention to the client, guaranteeing a satisfactory experience throughout the entire process.

• Permanent contract from the start.
• Full-time, Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 18:00, and Fridays from 09:00 to 17:00
• Hybrid working model: option for 80% teleworking after 3 months of training, depending on the fulfillment of agreed objectives and productivity levels.
• Fixed remuneration of €18,000 gross per year, plus an attractive incentive system linked to production results, quality, and customer satisfaction.
