Education

Complementary:

• Valuable training in competency-based selection, behavioral assessment tools,

psychometric tests, assessments, and situational dynamics.

• Experience

3 to 5 years of experience in selection and talent acquisition is required, with experience managing processes in

dynamic environments (BPO, business services, selection consultancy, or contact center) being valued.

• Proficiency in corporate ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Proficiency in the Office suite (Word, intermediate Excel, Power Point, and user-level Power BI), tools

with AI, and use of social and professional networks.

• Conversational English is desirable.

• Availability to travel occasionally, participate in interdepartmental or corporate meetings,

subrogations, job fairs, or similar at other company locations.

Servinform, a Call Center and BPO Services Company, is expanding its Recruitment team with the addition of a Recruitment Technician in the Structure area at our Torrejón de Ardoz Work Center, whose main function will be to autonomously manage the full (End-to-End) cycle of attraction, selection, and onboarding for corporate and structure positions at Servinform, guaranteeing the acquisition of the best talent (internal and external), an excellent candidate experience, and strategic advice to the different managers and business areas.

- Job functions:

• Design of the attraction strategy, posting, evaluation, and support through to the onboarding phase.
• Manage the assigned selection processes through the ATS tool and job portals (posting, screening, interviews, follow-up).
• Perform the profile briefing/validation with hiring managers to understand the context and needs of the area/team, and specific characteristics of the profile.
• Advise the internal client (Talent Advisor), aligning expectations with hiring managers regarding salary trends, profile availability in the market, and estimated coverage times. Establish an estimated Gantt chart for the process.
• Competency-based evaluation, conducting structured interviews based on validated methodology, designing dynamics or situational tests, assessments, and preparing qualitative evaluation reports.
• Closing and negotiation of offers: Presentation and negotiation of economic proposals and conditions with final candidates.
• Preparation of selection and competency evaluation reports, as well as process follow-up reports.
• Maintain fluid communication with hiring managers to keep them updated on process progress periodically. As well as, keeping candidate databases and process status updated in the system.
• Request and manage the documentation necessary for onboarding, ensuring its correct upload to the HR portal.
• Manage internal movements and promotions, following the stipulated procedure. Collaborating in internal actions linked to talent development.
• Manage the onboarding process for new employees, guaranteeing their initial integration. As well as periodically sharing the details of new hires with CCII for its proper dissemination.
• Direct search and Headhunting; active talent attraction through Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and specialized channels for technical, support, and middle management profiles.
• Participation in development, talent evaluation, and leadership processes.
• Metrics and continuous improvement: Registration and monitoring of area KPIs (Time to Fill, Conversion Rate, shortlist quality, manager satisfaction, among others).

- We offer:

• Full-time Monday to Thursday with a flexible schedule from 8:00 to 18:00, and Friday intensive from 9:00 to 15:00. Intensive working day in August.
• Remote work 2 days a week.
