What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

• End-to-end management of recruitment processes for logistics profiles
• Posting job openings, screening résumés, conducting interviews, and following up on candidates.
• Managing the onboarding process for new hires.
• Direct liaison with clients, ensuring close, high-quality service.
• Coordination with the team to meet the operational staffing needs.

• Identifies skill gaps among talent and reports them to ensure their development.
• Conducts talent assessments to identify high-potential individuals for specialized positions.
• Assists in creating tailored development plans for talent, focusing on skill improvement and growth opportunities.
• Prepares updates for clients on talent development initiatives and supports workforce optimization recommendations.
• Supports the identification and alignment of job opportunities/assignments for talent in the short and long term.
• Supports the HR cycle for longer assignments or contracted talent within the specialization.
