Senior Civil Works Drafter

We are looking for a Senior Civil Works Drafter with at least 6 years of experience in the development of graphic documentation for linear infrastructure projects, especially roads, highways, railways, and associated urban development.

The selected person will join the civil works project team, participating in the various development phases, from preliminary studies and alignment solutions to the preparation of plans for construction projects. We are looking for a profile with technical autonomy, mastery of AutoCAD, and the ability to interpret design criteria, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and guarantee the quality and precision of the graphic documentation.

• Prepare, develop, and update civil works project plans: layouts, longitudinal and transverse profiles, typical sections, and construction details.

• Develop graphic documentation for road, railway, urban development, and other linear infrastructure projects, including geometric alignment, earthworks, pavements, drainage, and affected utilities.

• Prepare plans based on the criteria and solutions defined by the engineers responsible for each discipline.

• Graphically represent design solutions using CAD tools and, where appropriate, in BIM environments.

• Prepare, layout, and organize sets of plans for preliminary studies, basic projects, alignment projects, and construction projects.

• Review the consistency between plans, profiles, sections, construction details, and the rest of the project documentation.

• Coordinate with the alignment, drainage, structures, geotechnics, installations, and affected utilities teams to ensure compatibility between disciplines.

• Interpret cartography, topographic surveys, and digital terrain models for incorporation into project development.

• Manage plan versions, organize files, and maintain the project's documentary structure.

• Apply internal quality procedures and established graphic representation standards.

• Location: Barcelona

• Contract: Permanent.

• Working day: Full-time.

• Intensive working day during the months of July and August.

• Schedule: M-Th 9:00 - 18:30 / F 9:00 - 15:00. With flexibility for entry and exit.
