-Essential experience in: Contract catering, Collective catering, Organized catering, Multisite or multicenter management, Technical knowledge especially in the EDUCATION (SCHOOLS) segment.

-Intermediate level Excel.

-Preparation of reports and data analysis.

-Knowledge of costs and P&L statements.

-Management of raw materials and production.

-Implementation of processes and operational standards.

Education & certifications

Vocational training or specialized studies in Cooking and Gastronomy.

At Sodexo, we are looking for a National Head Chef for our Education segment, a strategic position with impact across the entire network of schools nationwide.

We are looking for a professional with an operational vision, a passion for culinary excellence, and the ability to lead improvement, innovation, and gastronomic development projects in our educational centers.

*Your mission:

You will be the person responsible for guaranteeing culinary and operational excellence in the schools managed by Sodexo, driving quality standards, process optimization, and gastronomic development throughout the national territory.

You will play a key role in the evolution of our services, supporting teams in the implementation of improvements and contributing to offering innovative and high-quality food experiences.

What you'll do

*Main responsibilities:

-Regularly visit educational centers nationwide.

-Audit production, preparation, and kitchen organization processes.

-Detect opportunities for improvement and implement action plans.

-Monitor implemented actions to ensure sustainable results.

-Analyze consumption and raw materials.

-Monitor operational indicators.

-Participate in the analysis of P&L statements and cost control.

-Lead new service openings.

-Coordinate mobilizations and operational changes.

-Guarantee the correct startup of assigned projects.

-Prepare and update technical data sheets.

-Drive improvements in recipes, processes, and production systems.

-Design and implement innovative gastronomic events.

-Train and develop kitchen teams.

-Share best practices and culinary standards.

-Act as a technical reference for operational teams.
