At Solunion, a multinational company specializing in credit and surety insurance, we are looking to temporarily add a Marketing Technician to our Commercial team in Madrid.

🎯 YOUR MISSION

Reporting to the Marketing and CYS Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of B2B marketing initiatives, combining campaign management with the use of CRM and commercial data to drive lead generation and business opportunities.

You will work cross-functionally with the commercial teams and other areas of the company, as well as with external agencies and providers, contributing to improving the effectiveness of our marketing and business development actions.

🛠️ WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?

• You will participate in the execution and monitoring of B2B marketing campaigns oriented towards lead acquisition and the generation of opportunities for the different business lines.
• You will manage our CRM (Salesforce), ensuring data quality, correct segmentation of databases, and the follow-up of leads and commercial opportunities.
• You will coordinate the execution of multi-channel campaigns together with agencies and providers, ensuring compliance with deadlines and objectives.
• You will manage email marketing campaigns and other actions oriented towards customer acquisition and loyalty.
• You will work hand-in-hand with the commercial teams in the launch and monitoring of business development campaigns and initiatives.
• You will prepare reports and dashboards to monitor commercial activity, leads, opportunities, and marketing actions.
• You will analyze the main marketing and business indicators, identifying opportunities and proposing actions to optimize results.
• You will manage the operational relationship with agencies, providers, and other external collaborators.
