Requirements

What we're looking for

Studies or knowledge in Marketing, Advertising, organization of mass campaigns, or similar. Ideally with knowledge in Fundraising.
Knowledge of the hospitality sector (restaurants, bars, cafeterias, hotels).
Knowledge of digital tools, CRM management, knowledge of the education/catering sector
Minimum 3 years in a Fundraising Department of a non-profit organization, in a Marketing Department, in advertising for service companies, or in marketing agencies. Experience in the coordination of campaigns and events in the third sector or others

Languages

Languages: English, French is valuable

You will contribute to ending hunger in the world by...

The Campaigns and Events Technician with a focus on Hospitality, reporting to the Campaigns and Events Coordinator, will execute the defined activities of the different campaigns, ensuring the result ratios established in the growth strategy and programming and meeting the quantitative and quality objectives established in the annual programming.

What you'll do

The main activities you will carry out are the following:

Participation in the design of Fundraising activities through campaigns and events in order to reach the objectives agreed upon alongside the Groups Marketing Manager and the Campaigns and Events Coordinator.
Definition of the contents and formats of the materials provided to Hospitality establishments within the Restaurants Against Hunger project or any other that could be launched by the organization.
Control and monitoring of production, tracking of shipments, materials, and everything necessary for the achievement of the assigned events and campaigns, especially Restaurants Against Hunger and different Hospitality campaigns.
Coordination of all communication and marketing for the campaigns under their charge together with the Communication and Marketing Technician.
Execution, monitoring, and evaluation of the different fundraising actions defined by the Department Manager and alongside the Coordinator.
