The role

At Sopra Steria, we are looking to hire a functional consultant for purchasing and invoicing processes for an insurance sector project.

What you'll do

Surveying and analysis of purchasing and invoicing processes.
Model and document the complete cycle: from the identification of the need and generation of the order, to the receipt and registration of the invoice.
Identify roles, responsibilities, approvals, controls, and exceptions associated with each phase of the process.
Analyze the systems involved, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Prepare process maps and diagrams.
Detect inefficiencies, risks, duplications, and opportunities for improvement and automation.
Liaison with users and the business.
