The role
Southern Restaurants España (SRE), a KFC franchisee, is looking to hire an Area Manager to lead the operations of a group of restaurants in the Levante, Castilla-La Mancha, and Castilla y León regions.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the restaurants in your area operate with excellence, comply with brand standards, and achieve their financial objectives, by leading and developing the management teams of each unit. You will act as a field leader, coach to the managers (RGMs), and the link between the restaurants, Operations, and the brand.
What you'll do
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the assigned restaurants through structured visits and indicator monitoring.
- Guarantee compliance with quality, service, cleanliness, productivity, and food safety standards.
- Analyze the P&L of each restaurant and take responsibility for sales, EBITDA, and profitability.
- Monitor Food Cost, Labor Cost, and productivity, applying action plans in the event of deviations.
- Lead, train, and develop the RGMs in your area.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and the reputation of the restaurants.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in food safety and occupational risk prevention.
How you'll work
